Less able - Sailing

Sight
Choose a trip with an organisation like the Jubilee trust. They run sailing trips on a large square rigger for able and lessable people. People with poor or no sight can play an active part hauling ropes and steering the vessel

Physical disability
Again, the Jubilee trust can offer people considerable physical disability a chance to actively run the ship including holding the wheel and running night shifts.

For the more adventurous many dinghies have been specially adapted to enable physically disabled people to take to the water and sail without restriction.

Deafness
This acts as no limitation for people on dinghies (unless you want to race) and again is not limitation for large boat sailing too (although, you may want at least one person with you who has average hearing ability).
